Site work for a water / sewer project in Delhi, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project includes the measuring, design, procurement, delivery, and installation of secondary bulkheads at the dam's existing hydrogates. A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held virtually. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required. The Project includes the following Work: Measuring, design, procurement, delivery, installation ofsecondary bulkheads at the dam's existing hydrogates. This project is being partially funded by an Iowa DNR grant which requires expenditures submitted by 4/30 for full payment. The Contractor should take measures to complete and invoice as much of the project as possible prior to that date. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: A. All questions pertaining to the meaning or intent of the bidding documents shall be submitted via the online bidding documents website (QuestCDN) indicated in the Advertisement. 7.03 Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issuedby Addenda delivered to all Bidding Documents holders registeredwiththe Issuing Office. Questions received lessthan seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
