Stormwater Infrastructure Repairs Rehabilitation 2025 Contract consists of the rehabilitation of approximately 12,223 lineal feet of storm sewers, varying in size from 8-inch to 42-inch in diameter to be constructed. Location Located Service Areas 2,3,4 and 5 of the District, in the City of various municipalities of St.Louis County and unincorporated St.Louis County, Missouri. The Engineers Opinion of Probable Cost for this project is $2,000,000. Bids will be received only from companies that are pre-qualified by the District for: Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) various municipalities of St.Louis County and unincorporated St.Louis County Drain Layers License Required All bidders must obtain a set of plans and specifications to submit a bid. Bids must be in the name of the entity on the approved prequalification submission. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District (District) has established subcontractor goals for Building Construction (21% MBE and 10% WBE) and Non-Building Construction (10% MBE and 10% WBE) 1. The work to be done under this contract consists of the rehabilitation of approximately 12,223 lineal feet of sewers, varying in size from 8-inches to 42-inches in diameter, utilizing CIPP methods. The District may increase or decrease the bid item quantities to expend up to $2,000,000. The project is within the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District Boundaries, which includes the City of St. Louis and most of St. Louis County, Missouri. The work will be performed in various quantities at various sites. The initial work identified is in Service Areas 2,3,4 and 5 of the District, as depicted on the attached exhibit. 2. The work consists of furnishing all material, labor, tools, equipment and supervision necessary for the rehabilitation of the storm sewers and appurtenances, in accordance with all the requirements of these specifications, and the drawings made a part thereof.
