The City of St. Louis is accepting competitive sealed bids from qualified and authorized bidders, hereinafter referred to as Vendors, for the purchase and delivery of Asphalt (Hot and Cold) to be ordered on an as needed basis to be used by City of St. Louis departments. The term of this contract will be for Three Years from Date of Award with 2 1-year(s) extensions. There may be an option to extend, in writing, the original term of this contract. This contract will be subject to all bid conditions, per the attached bid specifications, instructions and conditions; and at the prices set forth on the pages of the bid proposal.
