Closing Time: 2:00 PM (NT) ** Please note that there has been 1 addendum issued for this RFP. ** Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/02/23 12:00:00 AM NST NL Housing wishes to retain the services of a professional engineering firm to provide design and contract administration services in support of all civil infrastructure replacement for residential infrastructure improvements. A condition assessment has been completed by Progressive Engineering & Consulting Inc. It is expected that the successful proponent will review and further assess the site for any opportunities for optimal replacement procedure. A detailed Scope of services is outlined under 6.0 Project Scope of Services. NLHC is required by the Public Procurement Regulations under the Newfoundland and Labrador Public Procurement Act to apply a ten percent (10%) reduction to the pricing submitted by provincial suppliers for the purposes of evaluating pricing. This reduction will only be applied when the evaluation includes submissions from non-provincial suppliers. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
