Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in St. John's, Newfoundland. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; for outdoor lighting for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.
Closing Time: 2:00 PM (NT) The works proposed under this contract generally includes: 1. The Apron I East Reconstruction project includes, full and partial depth asphalt milling, removal and replacement of existing storm sewer structures, granular placement and compaction, asphalt paving, restoration, removal and re-installation of inset centreline and elevated edge lights, removal and installation of new airfield lighting cable, conduits, and pullpits 2. The Low Visibility Improvements project includes work to existing stop bar and inset fixtures 3. The Apron I Rehabilitation project includes partial depth milling and paving and inset fixture removal and top section replacement The Apron I East re-construction and Low Visibility Improvements projects will be scheduled to commence May 1, 2025 and must be substantially completed by July 31, 2025. The Apron I rehabilitation portion of the work is scheduled to be completed during the month of September. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
