The NL Housing representative is to be contacted with any discrepancies prior to proceeding with the Work. 1 Work for this project includes but is not limited to the stripping of fire damaged drywall and floor tile in various locations throughout the building listed below, removing all electrical, plumbing infrastructure (excluding sewer piping), fuel oil furnace, 2 hot water tanks and hot water radiation heating system. It also includes smoke and mould damage remediation and sealing remaining wood members of 196-202 Empire Avenue, St. John's. Additional work for this project is as specified herein and referred to in the specifications and drawings. 2 The following outline is general and is not to be considered complete in every detail.
