The Georgia Ports Authority (GPA) will receive sealed bids for East River Terminal Upgrade located at East River Terminal in Brunswick, Georgia. Bid must be accompanied by a bid security equal to 10 percent of bid sum. If a construction contract is awarded, successful bidder will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds, each equal in amount to contract sum. The proposed work consists of upgraded water mains for the fire protection systems at East River Terminal. The project is located at the East River Terminal, Brunswick, Georgia All technical questions related to the proposed work should be submitted in writing and directed to Architect/Engineer's Project Manager, Craig Zuck Questions related to Bidding Documents and Project site shall be directed in writing to A/E, attention Craig Zuck, email: czuck@moffattnichol.com. Interested parties are invited to attend a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting that will convene at 1:00 P.M., April 10, 2025, in the GP's Mayor's Point Conference Room, located at 1100 Bay St, Brunswick, GA. Bidders will have an opportunity to conduct an examination of the project site after the pre-bid meeting. Bidders may conduct additional examinations by contacting Craig Zuck at (912) 547-3977.
