Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), the purpose of this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued to establish an Agency Contract with ONE single qualified Offeror who will provide Janitorial Services to the Department of Drivers Services to the Brunswick Customer Service Center located at 134 Jack Hartman Boulevard, Brunswick, GA 31525. The full list of specifications is in the general comment/attachment section of this bid. All indicated documents must be returned as an attachment with the bid package to be considered as a responsive bid. Award shall be made to the Responsive and Responsible Bidder meeting specifications. It is the bidder's responsibility to review this eRFQ on a regular basis during the solicitation period for answers to related questions submitted and for any addendum that may be posted. From the issue date of the Event document and until a Vendor is selected and the selection is made public, vendors are not permitted to communicate for any reason with any State employee except through the Issuing Officer named in the Event document, or as provided for in existing contracts. For violation of this provision, the State may reject any bid/proposal of the offending bidder/offeror or initiate suspension/debarment proceeding with respect to the offending supplier or bidder/offeror. No response other than written will be binding upon the State.
