The scope of work includes the design, procurement, installation, programming, testing, and commissioning of a complete Electronic Security System (ESS) for the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) Warehouse. The ESS must include an Intrusion Detection System (IDS), Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) system, and Access Control System (ACS). The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and transportation necessary to complete the project in accordance with the specifications and drawings provided. The IDS shall interface, communicate with, and be monitored by the FLETC security dispatch center. The ACS and CCTV shall be internally managed by NCIS personnel to monitor and to authorize access to the physical space. The Contractor shall be trained and certified with the manufacturer of the equipment installed to provide all necessary components, equipment and skilled labor, as well as required programming, licenses, documentation, testing and training required to install and successfully operate the ESS system. The ESS system components shall be compatible with FLETC security dispatch center system components and in compliance with FLETC Chief Security Office (CSO) standards.
