Purchase and Installation of Four Digital Scoreboards Question Deadline 02/05/2025 To contact the District or ask questions in relation to this RFP, Proposers must initiate the communication electronically through the "Vendor Discussions" or Ask a Question features. The District will not accept any respondent's communications by any other means, except as specifically stated in this RFP. The Rockwood School District is soliciting bids for a turn-key project to supply and install four (4) outdoor digital scoreboards at Eureka, Lafayette, Marquette, and Rockwood Summit High Schools. The selected bidder will be required to collaborate with the district to secure advertising for the scoreboards, with the goal of offsetting the cost of the scoreboards. The current scoreboards at each school vary in age, as outlined below. o Eureka High School: 1.5 years o Lafayette High School: 12 years o Marquette High School: 4 years o Rockwood Summit High School: 3 years The district is seeking pricing for the options below: 1. Full Replacement: Complete removal and replacement of all existing scoreboards. 2. Alternative Option #1: Keep the existing scoreboard, but add new digital video boards to the existing scoreboards at Eureka High School, Marquette High School, and Rockwood Summit High School.
