Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Peru, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project.
General Construction (GC): The contract involves work at the Owner's Water Pollution Control Plant including, but not limited to, providing demolition of an existing administration and treatment building, construction of a new administration and treatment building, construction of a new vehicle storage garage, modifications to the existing Solids Handling Building and Secondary Treatment Building, construction of a new filtrate pump station, construction of stormwater treatment, site demolition, site piping, site fill and grading, paving, and miscellaneous site improvements. Question Deadline 02/17/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: A. Submit all questions to Louise Annis, louiseannis@aesnortheast.com, by utilizing the Request for Clarification (RFC) Form provided in the Project Manual. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
