The Kansas Department of Commerce is seeking competitive proposals from qualified vendors for CDBG Professional Services Consultant. Period of Contract: Date of Award through March 31, 2027 (With the option to renew for three (3) additional twelve-month periods) Bid Guarantee: No monetary bid guarantee required. No pre-bid conference is scheduled for this bid event. The Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or part of a proposal; to waive any informalities or technicalities; clarify any ambiguities in proposals; modify any criteria in this RFP; and unless otherwise specified, to accept any item in a proposal. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
