**As of March 25,2025, This project has been awarded to Motor Controls, INC, with the awarded amount of $99,998.75.** Shawnee County is soliciting sealed bids for the removal and replacement of irrigation pumps, motors and skid including all necessary piping, valves and KDA approved flow meter at Cypress Ridge Golf Course for replacement. The current irrigation system at Cypress Ridge Golf Course for removal includes two (2) primary pumps, column pipe, two (2) primary 60hp motors, skid and piping. The new system should be designed to operate with the current Nuco pump station control panel will not be replaced. Shawnee County Parks + Recreation (SCP+R) will be responsible for the removal and reinstallation of the pump house/shed. The contractor shall be responsible for the disposal of pump station components. This is a turnkey project for all components not listed as SCP+R responsibility. The new pumping system shall automatically supply water to the turf irrigation system. The new system shall include manufacturer's warranty of a prefabricated, skid mounted, fully automatic variable speed pumping system, approved KDA flow meter, pressure relief valve, Y-strainer, 5-HP pressure maintenance pump for the golf course irrigation system including a complete set of general arrangement drawings, electrical diagrams, and control panel schematics with the operation and service manual. The pumping system shall automatically maintain a pre-set discharge pressure at varying flow demands within the flow rating of the station and conform to all specification documents. The complete pumping station shall be built in accordance with applicable standards for usage and safety and electrical control panel shall display the U.I. label for safety. Include all components necessary to construct a complete pumping system capable of delivering water to the irrigation system at the designed pressure and flow rate. The pump station shall be a completely skid mounted vertical turbine pump station built by a single manufacturer. All equipment including, but not limited to pumps, motors, valves, instrumentation and controls shall be mounted on common structural steel base to form a complete operating pumping system.
