Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Clarendon, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Schedule I: Sidewalk and Drainage Improvements and Schedule II: Street Improvements. Bids shall be accompanied by a cashier's or certified check upon a national or state bank in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid payable without recourse to the Owner, or a bid bond in the same amount from a reliable surety company, as a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract and execute performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract prices after Notice of Award of Contract is issued.
