Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Clarendon, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the construction of a transportation facility; for site work for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.
Approximate quantities of some significant work items are:SP-1 100 x 100 Clear Span Hangar: 1 L.S.P-403 Bituminous Surface Course (4, Ramp/Taxiway): 400TON The guaranty shall be either a bid bond (executed on the form furnished by the Owner), cashiers check, certified check, or other negotiable instrument equivalent to (5) percent of the amount of the bid, as assurance that the bidder will, upon acceptance of his/her bid, execute the Contract and cause to be executed a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, acceptable to the Owner, within 10 calendar days following notice of contract award. 36 percent of the dollar value of the prime contract to small business concerns owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals (DBE). The City of Clarendon reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive formalities
