A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Sealed bids are requested for Monroe County Courthouse First Floor HVAC Upgrades at 123 Madison Street, Clarendon, Arkansas. Contractors must submit bids by the designated deadline. The official drawings and specifications are available at Southern Reprographics in Little Rock or can be consulted at Schelle Architect, PLLC in Cabot, AR. Each bid exceeding $50,000 must include a 5% bid security. Bidders must adhere to Arkansas Contractor's Licensing Law and ensure that all bonds comply with Arkansas Statutory Performance and Payment Bond Law.
