The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: renovation of an educational facility. As of January 22, 2025, a construction manager has been selected for this project. A firm construction timeline for this project has not yet been released. Randolph Construction Group, Inc. (Construction Manager) for the School District of Palm Beach County (Owner) will receive proposals for the Facility Renovation and Repair at Frontier Elementary School. Scope ofwork includes, but not limited to: demolition to ceilings, walls, floors, electrical, mechanical systems and car-parking areas and reconstruction to similar systems to complete the requirements as outlines in the construction plans including but not limited to modified ADA bathrooms, fencing, water-proofing, piping, asphalt milling and repaving, tiling, ceiling, MEP, insulation, fencing and painting. Participation by small businesses and minority firms are strongly encouraged. The established minimum SBE sub-contractor participation goal for this project is 25% for SBE owned firms certified by the School District. Owner and / or Construction Manager reserve the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept any proposals which is in its best interest. Owner and / or Construction Manager also reserve the right to waive any informalities and technicalities in procedure. All costs incurred by Proposer in preparing a Proposal shall be the sole responsibility of the Proposer.
