CCC Workforce Training Expansion Coahoma Community College will receive sealed bids for a contract for the Workforce Development Center in Clarksdale, MS. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, new Workforce Training Building and welding lab adjacent to current building as indicated in the Contract Documents. Bids will be accepted on a lump sum basis. Segregated bids will not be accepted. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Coahoma Community College expressly reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities. Document notes Order all hard copy documents for $250.00 Bid Documents, including Drawings and Specifications, may be examined at Architecture South, P.A., 499 Gloster Creek Village, Suite D3, Tupelo, MS 38801. No partial sets of drawings or project manuals will be issued. QUESTIONS: Questions should be directed to ArchitectureSouth, PA. Should a Bidder find discrepancies in or omissions from, the Drawings or Project Manual, or be in doubt as to their meaning, the Bidder should immediately notify the ArchitectureSouth. Neither the Owner nor ArchitectureSouth, PA will be responsible for any oral instruction or interpretation
