Renovation of a civil project in Milton, Delaware. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The work consists of furnishing and installing improvements to the Chandler Street Water Treatment Plant including piping, SCADA, motor controls, and electrical wiring, conduit, and equipment. Each BID must be accompanied by a BID BOND or Certified Check payable to the OWNER for ten (10) percent of the total amount of the BID. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The right is reserved, as the interests of the Town of Milton may appear, to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in bids received, and to accept or reject any items of any bid.
