Demolition and site work for a warehouse / distribution facility in Louisburg, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the demolition of a warehouse / distribution facility; and for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility.

Required exterior utility infrastructure will not be demoed in this project. Field verification will be required to identify unneeded utility infrastructure by contractor and owner prior to starting. Safe digging practices and rules must be followed, and NC 811 must be notified if digging occurs. Demo and remove all processing equipment and any related electrical equipment, panels, controls, conduit, hangars, gas lines, ducting, air lines, package chiller etc. from the premises located inside and outside of the warehouse. This demo will take place in areas "B", "C", "D", and "E" as shown in Exhibit A in the attached drawing. All demo and removed items listed in this request must be carefully removed from the property and disposed of at safe responsible recycling/solid waste facilities or other sites approved by Franklin County. All local, state, and federal disposal rules and regulations must be followed. Remove and dispose of electrical equipment, transformers, panels, control centers, conduits, high bay lighting, wiring, light switches, receptacles, emergency lighting, exit lighting, gas lines (to processing equipment only), ducting, air lines, HVAC equipment, heaters, identified exhaust fans, and loose metal parts throughout the building/site located in areas "BR", "C", "D", "E" shown in Exhibit A. Remove 7 garage doors. The garage door in area "F" will not be removed. Demo and remove interior control room equipment. No demo will take place in the workshop area of the warehouse that is shown in Exhibit A as "F". No demo will take place in or on the front office building shown in Exhibit A as aN, . Demo and remove truck scale shown in Exhibit A as "A1". _ It will be the contractor's responsibility to verify utilities are disconnected and to provide safe work areas for its employees and owner throughout the project. All areas are believed to be without power except for area "F". Contractor to include in proposal any items to exclude from demo. All OSHA guidelines shall be followed while performing this work on Franklin County property.
