The East Columbia Basin Irrigation District is accepting bids to replace the concrete liner along portions of the East Low Canal. For more information, contact the East Districts main office located at the address above or by telephone at (509) 488-9671 Bidders are invited to submit sealed bids for the replacement of approximately 33,000 square feet of concrete panels in the East Low Canal in accordance with applicable industry standards, regulatory requirements, and District-supplied specifications. This also equates to approximately 300 unreinforced concrete panels. Bidders will comply with any applicable laws of the State of Washington pertaining to the performance of public works contracts, including compliance with laws pertaining to prevailing wages on public works contracts. Any person contemplating the submission of a bid shall have thoroughly examined all of the various parts of these Contract Documents and should there be any doubt as to the construction interpretation, meaning, or intent of said Contract Documents, the Bidder should request of the District, in writing, at least 5 working days prior to bid opening, a clarification thereof.
