Renovation of a library in Othello, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 7,400-square-foot library.
MCL Othello Library Tenant Improvements Bid security amounting to five percent (5%) of the total Base Bid must accompany each Bidders proposal in accordance with Instructions to Bidders. unless said award is delayed beyond 30 days. Substantial Completion shall be achieved in compliance with Section 01 10 00 of the project specifications. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, and in particular, to reject a proposal not accompanied by the required bid security or data required. The Work consists of the following: 1. The Work includes all labor and material to complete the work included in the Contract Documents for the project.
