**As of March 5, 2025 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Surveillance Camera Systems (Interior and Exterior) Building Locations: 6060 W. Loomis Rd. 5960 W. Loomis Rd. 6000 W. Loomis Rd. Greendale, Wl 53129 School seek to improve campus security and safety through the procurement of equipment and services outlined in this official Request for Proposal (RFP). This RFP includes several projects or areas of work within three (3) distinct locations; a. the Church, b. Parish Ministry Center, and c. School. Time for Completion: All Work is Expected to Be Completed by June 30, 2026. This Project Includes the Installation of Cameras in the Church, Pmc, and School Buildings as Follows: Based on Available Budget and Security Consultation) to Date We Estimate Not More Than 57 Single or Multi-head Cameras Throughout the Campus Buildings. Updates to the Server Are Also Included in This Project. Question Deadline 02/14/2025 Vendors may submit questions related to the RFP, questions and all responses will be published by February 19 th . Any questions received after deadline will not be posted or responded to. 1.a) Church Building - Includes Up to 12 Additional or Replacement Cameras. Placements Include the Main Sanctuary, Lobby/gathering Space, Sacristy, and Interior and Exterior Building Entrances. 1.b) Pmc - Includes Up to 20 Additional or Replacement Cameras Throughout the Pmc Building. Placements Include Entry Points, Hallways, Reception Areas, Stairwells, and Outside Elevator. 1.c) School - Includes Up to 25 Additional or Replacement Cameras. Placements Include All School Entry Points, Interior Hallways, Main Office, Stairwells, Playground, Cafeteria, Gym, After School Care Rooms, Preschool Play Area, and Kitchen. All Contractors shall provide one or more detailed proposal(s) outlining a fixed bid project cost. Respondents may at their discretion include fixed pricing options for additional services or features. Respondents must specify key milestones including an interim or midway check-in point. Proposals will be reviewed and scored according to internal procurement guidelines. Preference will be given to contractors providing discounts across multiple project areas, contractors with prior work experience with the organization, locally based contractors, and contractors experience with similar systems or equipment which may be readily integrated into existing systems. All Vendors or Contractors wishing to be considered for work outlined in this RFP shall provide a detailed proposal separately identifying any/all service sites or addresses. A clearly defined price proposal must be included for each individual site and project area (ie, Church, School, etc.). If helpful, vendors may treat proposals as though each project constitutes a separate bid, submitting up to three (3) individually formatted proposals, one for each service area. Any combined proposal, must include separate pricing for each site. Following review of all proposals contractors will be ranked and contacted individually within five business days of the proposal submission deadline.
