Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Yakima, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This Contract Provides for the Re-construction and Widening of the E Nob Hill Boulevard and S Fair Avenue Intersection. Work Shall Consist of Roadway Excavation, Storm Drainage Conveyance System, Base Course, Hma Paving, Curb and Gutter, Sidewalk, Curb Ramps, Crosswalks, Installing a Traffic Signal System With Illumination, Signing, Channelization, and Other Work, All to Be Constructed in Accordance With the Plans and Specifications. All Bid Proposals Shall Be Accompanied by Bond or Certified Check, Payable to the Order of the Treasurer of the City of Yakima, in an Amount Equal to Five Percent (5%) of Said Bid Proposal. No Bid Proposal Will Be Considered Unless Accompanied by Such Deposit, to Be Forfeited to the City of Yakima in the Event the Successful Bidder Shall Fail or Refuse to Enter Into a Contract With the City for the Making and Construction of the Aforesaid Improvements. The City of Yakima Reserves the Right to Accept the Bid That is in the Best Interest of the City, to Postpone the Acceptance of Bids and the Award of the Contract for a Period Not to Exceed Forty-five (45) Days, or to Reject Any and All Bids Received.
