Site work and paving for a civil project in Wawota, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The work includes: .1 Construction of a new sewage pumping station, including excavation, dewatering, shoring and bracing, concrete substructure and a building enclosure complete with mechanical and electrical components, underground tie-ins, and utility servicing; .2 Supply and installation of a standby generator and transfer switch to sewage pumping station no. 2, complete with a concrete base slab, electrical and control systems, utility servicing, site landscaping and cleanup; .3 Installation of approx. 90 lin.m. of 200 mm dia. PVC gravity sewer main, including installation of a new manhole and tie-in modifications to an existing manhole; .4 Installation of approx. 30 lin.m. of 150 mm dia. PVC sewage force main, including tie-in to the existing main; .5 Related earthwork, including placement and compaction of fill, common excavation, and site grading; .6 Roadway repairs, including site preparation, subbase course, base course, and asphalt surface course; .7 Decommissioning of sewage pumping station no. 1; .8 Clean up of site; .9 Repair of defects for one year after completion of the work. General Contractors may obtain a digital copy of the Contract Documents from the Office of the Consulting Engineer. Each Tender must be on the forms provided and be accompanied by a certified cheque or bid bond in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Tendered Amount. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all tenders and will not necessarily accept the lowest tender.
