Cabell County Schools is seeking sealed bids on the construction of two (2) storage buildings approximately 24' X 36' in size. Colors are to match school and determined by principal o Framing: Must be constructed ofwood. o 24x36 pole building style o 6x6 pressure treated posts o 2x6 stud walls o Roof: Standard pitch roof with metal roofing. o Trusses 2 OC o Metal roof o Exterior: Metal siding. o Board and batten o Garage Door: 8 feet wide by 8 feet tall roll-up door. o Side Access: Man door 36 o Gutter and Downspouts: Install to provide appropriate water drainage. o Facia and soffit 2. Foundation and Ramp: o Construct a 4-inch reinforced monolithic concrete slab foundation o #4 rebar 18 OC o Moister barrier o Gravel base o 8x8 ramp leading to the garage door. 3. Electrical Requirements: o Install electrical outlets and interior lighting. o Note: Electrical hookup is available on-site.
