The City of Huntington is seeking the services of a contractor to provide municipal solid waste disposal Services. The contractor shall be responsible for providing and maintaining a permitted processing and/or disposal facility and all labor, equipment, materials, tools, insurance, permits, supervision and all other items necessary to process and dispose of municipal solid waste in accordance with all applicable regulations established by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) or other applicable permitting agency responsible for regulation of disposal of solid waste. The initial term of the contract shall be for a period of one (1) year. The initial contract may be extended for an additional four (4) year period by annual renewals.
