Pavement Resurfacing Program Services - The City of Huntington is seeking proposals from qualified engineering firms interested in providing full service design and construction administration for engineering and analysis services for the resurfacing of City streets located in Huntington, WV. The City of Huntington (City) is seeking a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ's) from qualified firms to provide engineering and analysis services for the resurfacing of City streets. The City anticipates a one (1) year contract with the option to renew for four (4) additional one-year terms for these services. Selection shall be based on West Virginia Code 5G et al. Rejection of Proposals- The City of Huntington reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals and to waive any informality. All documents submitted become public record. The City of Huntington reserves the right to cancel the contract at any time with thirty days written notice. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
