The Scope of Work generally includes elevator modernization at 721 Chapel Crescent., Ottawa, as further defined in the attached specification and drawing package by RIA. The scope of work generally includes, but is not limited to the following: 1.1. New heavy duty closed loop car door operator and locks. 1.2. New Dupar US100 stainless steel, LED illuminated car and hall push buttons. 1.3. Firefighter's emergency operation (FEO) automatic emergency recall operation and in-car emergency service. 1.4. Battery operated emergency lowering. 1.5. New Air conditioning unit for the elevator machine room that meets the requirements of the included specification. Include for all required architectural, mechanical, and electrical work. 1.6. Provide new security camera to the elevator cab. 1.7. Retain services for integrated testing coordinator as required to successfully obtain building permit and final sign-off as it relates to CAN/ ULC S1001 requirements from the City of Ottawa. Carry all costs associated with the coordination of this service. All fee's paid by the Contractor to the tired-party coordinator for integrated testing will be reimbursed by OCH under the Cash Allowance 1.8. Supply and install upgraded gas metering utility equipment. Coordinate with Enbridge as required for purchasing and installation of equipment. Carry all costs associated with the coordination with Enbridge. All fee's paid by the Contractor to Enbridge for metering 1.9. Please note that, in the event of a discrepancy between Schedule D - SCOPE OF WORK and Schedule G- DESIGN PACKAGE, the requirements of Schedule D shall supersede Schedule G, per the Supplemental Conditions. 1.10. Meet the conditions in the General Notes found below.
