The Project includes the following Work: Relocation of approximately 1,978 of 12-inch PVC waterline perpendicular to I-40 approximately 3.5 miles south of the City of McLoud. For all further requirements regarding Bid Submittal, qualifications, procedures, and Contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The City of McLoud reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities or technicalities without assigning any reason therefore, and to make the awards in the best interest of the Owner. Bids are solicited and a contract award will be made pursuant to the Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974 as amended (Title 61, O.S. 1981, Sections 101-136 et seq.)
