F2M3CB5007A001SS, FA301625Q0058 This requirement is for the brand name purchase one (1) Trane Adaptive Frequency Drive (AFD) Power Module, part number PWR015U, including removal and installation. Please see attached Solicitation RFQ and Statement of Work for requirement details. The contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, transportation materials, tools, equipment, and quality assurance for the removal, disposal, and replacement of multiple parts for failed Trane Centrifugal Chiller Unit 110 located at Building 1472, physical address of 3290 Corporal Johnson Road, JBSA- FSH, San Antonio, TX. Contractor work shall include all materials, labor, qualified personnel (Trane factory-trained technicians who specialize in centrifugal chiller, HVAC, refrigeration, and electronic systems), equipment, tools, and anything else necessary to complete this requirement. The Contractor shall lock out and tag out the electrical power box that supports power to the unit, and any other component to the existing unit at Building 1472. Contractor shall isolate and secure existing centrifugal chiller unit 110. The Contractor shall shut down chiller and discharge AFD. The Contractor shall remove chiller access panel, all connections and harnesses, and remove failed/damaged AFD power module parts. The Contractor shall install a new OEM AFD power module. The contractor will remove and replace any necessary ancillary consumable failed parts on the chiller. The Contractor shall reinstall all connections/harnesses/access panels. The Contractor shall check operation of chiller to manufacturer specifications. The Contractor shall plug in tracer TU and check binding, as well as re-communicate AFD and connection. Contractor shall submit a written report of all the work performed under this contract to the 502 Civil Engineering Squadron Project Manager (502 CES PM) within one week of project completion via email. All questions must be submitted in writing through emails no later than 3:30PM CST on Friday, 21 February 2025.
