Description

Renovation of a military facility in Fort Sam Houston, Texas. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

Perform the procurement and installation of all equipment as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS), Section 5 except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. NOTE: AS WELL SEE ATTACHMENT - ACS and VSS installation in building 2792 at Fort Sam Houston The primary services that are to be performed is to install proximity card readers with request to exit (REX) devices; and cameras with ancillary hardware in Building 2792. Services include the seamless integration of these devices into the existing MEDCoE ESS infrastructure located on Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) - Fort Sam Houston, TX. The period of performance shall be for nine (9) months (270 days) from the date of contract award. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
