Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Fort Sam Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Harris County, TX Map Code: 367-Y The work generally consists of all necessary permits, site preparation, and selective demolition & mechanical improvements as indicated by the contract documents; conversion of the existing de-chlorination system from gaseous sulfur dioxide to liquid sodium bisulfite; replacement of existing sand filters with disk filters; recoating of all elevated piping, steel supports, and vent pipes; recoating of exterior of electrical control and sulfur dioxide buildings & installation of new roofs; recoating of all steel components in the clarifiers; recoating of all bollards throughout the plant site; servicing of air drops and replacement of defective drop valves & diffusers; replacement of drain line dumpster; replacement of PVC piping at process water pumps with stainless steel pipe; chlorine basin concrete repairs; replacement of all entrance gates and posts with aluminum gates and steel posts; pavement improvements within plant site and access road including sealing of concrete joints & cracks; together with all related subsidiary and incidental components as shown in the construction drawings and specifications for a complete and operation system.
