Bidder must comply with all Federal, State, and Local Laws Alice Street Warehouse shall include but not be limited to: Warehouse Replace insulation Seal area where the wall meets the floor Office 1 Replace baseboard Replace interior door and trim Replace exterior door and trim Install window A/C unit Replace drywall Prime and paint the walls Replace insulation Replace flooring Assess and repair electrical wiring Bathroom 1 Replace toilet Replace cabinet and sink Replace flooring Install wall mirror Replace insulation Replace drywall and base trim Prime and paint the walls Replace interior door and trim Assess and repair electrical wiring Contractor must provide 3 referencesof comparable work. Contractor must furnish all necessary electrical, labor, tools, equipment and supplies to perform the required services at this location. Contractor must have valid State Contractors License. Contractor must submit Insurance Certificate with quote including Workers Comp. if applicable. Contractor shall keep the premises clean of all rubbish and debris generated by the work involved. Contractor must haul off all materials with regard to the entire renovation of this building. Detailed warranty must be included with bid proposal. Work must be completed within 60 days of award. Vendors should not rely on any representations, statements or explanations other than those made in this RFQ or in any addendum to this RFQ. Where there appears to be a conflict between the RFQP and any addenda issued, the last addendum issued will prevail.
