As of 7/17/2025 the project has been cancelled. Notice is hereby given that the Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) will accept electronic bids on behalf of the Georgia Department of Corrections (Owner) for the project entitled Ware State Prison Gym Foundation & Stormwater Project in strict conformity with bidding and contract documents. Project Scope: 1. Repair of building foundation for gymnasium building, installation of new gutters and downspouts for gym building to connect to storm drainage system, 2. Repair/installation of new storm drainage structures, including inlets, junction boxes, pipe culverts, outfall structures, riprap basins, ditch maintenance, new sidewalk installation, construction fencing and permanent fencing.
