JE Dunn Construction has been selected as the Construction Manager by the Wake County Public School System in Raleigh, North Carolina, and is seeking to pre-qualify trade partners to submit bids for Swift Creek Elementary School Off Site Work project located in Cary, NC. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Adding two turn lanes to the existing roadway, traffic signal at one intersection and some utility work associated with the school. Historically underutilized and minority business participation is strongly encouraged; the HUB utilization goal is 10% or higher. Prequalification: Prequalification Form is posted on at online.
