Town of Garner ("Town") invites submittals of bids for the Town of Garner Parks and Facilities Mulch and Playground Chips Installation Project. The Contract period shall be for two years beginning on March 21 st, 2025, with one optional two-year renewal thereafter if both parties are satisfied and agree on pricing. Installation of Triple-Shredded Hardwood Mulch at Town properties and Certified Playground Chips in Town playgrounds. Triple-Shredded Hardwood Mulch and Certified Playground Chips are to be installed at 1 to 1 1/2 inch depth in all tree rings, landscape beds, and playgrounds. Any remaining leaves should be removed from the mulch bed or playground before installation. All locations must be blown after installation to remove any excess mulch or playground chips. Any damage created while installing mulch or playground chips must be repaired by the contractor. Lake Benson Park must be completed between June 16th and June 30th.
