SUMMARY OF WORK: The proposed work for the AHU replacements for buildings 11 & 12, as well as the installation of an EHPA gas generator at the Sidney Lanier Center includes, but is not limited to, the following: This project includes the replacement of designated air handling units serving buildings 11 and 12 of the Sidney Lanier Center. Project includes demolition and replacement of various Dx type split air handling units. Existing underground refrigerant piping to be abandoned and replaced with new above ground refrigerant line. Provide all new refrigerant piping above ground. The existing controls will be replaced and upgraded with a new building automation which shall be connected to the existing SBAC BAS network. Project to include full cleaning of existing duct systems in building 11 and building 12. Upgrade HVAC electrical per plans and in coordination with final AHU submittals. Install a new natural gas 500 kW generator and pad and required infrastructure to provide standby power for Buildings 11 & 12. RFI deadline is 5pm Tuesday, January 28, 2025.
