Site work for a water / sewer project in Black Hawk, South Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: Replacement of BHWUD's 2-inch water main along Brett St and under Black Hawk Creek. Work shall include connecting existing water services to the new water main. The Work shall be completed under one Contract and consists of all labor, skill and materials required to properly construct the Project. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Contract No. 1 Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $200,000+. The Project has an expected duration of 90 days. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The successful bidder - including any contactors on the project, must be registered in SAM (system of Award Management). Domestic Preference This project is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements under Title IX of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), Absent an approved waiver, all iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used in this project must be produced in the United States.
