Site work for a water / sewer project in Placerville, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work consists of: replacing existing welded-steel tank roofs with aluminum domes at Reservoir 4 and Reservoir 7A; cleaning, spot repairs, interior and exterior coating at Reservoir 4 and Reservoir 7A; cleaning, spot repairs, exterior coating at Reservoir 7B; and inlet pipe reconfiguration at Reservoir 7A and 7B. All three tanks are welded steel tanks, of size 0.5 million-gallon (MG), 3.9 MG and 2.5 MG, respectively. Bidding Documents contain the full description of the Work. Work shall be finally completed within 551 calendar Days from the date when Contract Time commences to run. District specifically reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any or all Bids, or re-Bid, or to waive inconsequential deviations from Bid requirements not involving time, price, or quality of the Work.
