The Iowa Department of Administrative Services will be receiving bids for the limited abatement of damaged asbestos containing material at the three (3) buildings North of HWY 175 at the Iowa State Training School for Boys at 3211 Edgington Avenue, Eldora, Iowa 50627. The Iowa Department of Administrative Services anticipates construction to begin on March 24, 2025, and end on April 29, 2025. The Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security as set forth in the Instructions to Bidders in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount.
