There is adequate electrical service to the building and our goal is to update all electrical components and circuitry for future expansion. The successful vendor must supply all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to satisfy the requirements of this quote. Project details are as follows: This scope of work outlines the tasks required to install a new 400 Amp 3-phase electrical feed, including conduit, a service disconnect, and associated wiring. Work includes a required building shutdown for the main switchgear, to be performed during off-hours, along with control wiring and limited electrical demolition. The schedule for the work must be agreed upon and remain consistent. The Principal has final discretion over the work schedule. The vendor must provide 24-hour notice to the Director of Facilities if the schedule needs to be changed. The vendor will resume work within 48 hours if the schedule is delayed due to weather, staffing, or other unforeseen circumstances. The vendor must provide a project timeline with the expected lead time for new equipment. The vendor is responsible for obtaining all applicable permits and inspections. The vendor will ensure that all employees have completed CORI/SORI background checks with the Northborough-Southborough Regional School District prior to starting the project. The vendor will comply with the Prevailing Wage Program and submit required payroll records to the Northborough-Southborough Regional School District. Prevailing wage rates can be found in Appendix A.
