Renovation of an educational facility in Northborough, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Public Schools of Northborough are soliciting quotations to install 120-volt (20 amp) electrical outlets and necessary conduits to twenty (20) educational spaces at the Robert E. Melican Middle School. Each floor has multiple circuit breaker panels and therefore the distance from the outlet location to the power source will be different for each room. If the total project cost exceeds the approved budget, the number of educational spaces may be reduced. The successful vendor must supply all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to satisfy the requirements of this quote. Project details are as follows: The use of all heavy machinery and equipment must occur between the hours of 6:00 AM - 8:00 PM. Some work may be completed while school is in operation and all precautions will need to be upheld to support student safety and ability to conduct classes. The schedule for the work must be agreed upon and remain consistent. The Principal has final discretion over the work schedule. The Public Schools of Northborough are soliciting quotes to install 120-volt electrical outlets in 20 educational spaces at the Robert E. Melican Middle School, 145 Lincoln St., Northborough, MA. Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
