Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Northborough, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the construction of a 30,850-square-foot fire / police facility; for site work for a fire / police facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The new Northborough Fire Station will consist of a 30,850 GSF Fire Station Building. The building will consist of six apparatus bays, staff and administration offices, dormitory quarters including health and wellness space, as well as a training and emergency operations space. The new building will be located on currently undeveloped land at 61-65 West Main Street. This new Fire Station will replace the existing Fire Station currently in use. The project will include new site access roadways, storm water, sanitary, utilities, hard surface parking, sidewalks, site retaining walls, and landscaping, in addition to the new Fire Station structure. As of May 14, 2025, a contractor has been awarded. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
