Renovation of a fire / police facility in Northborough, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
As of August 18, 2025, this project is complete. Work for this project under the base bid consists of removal of all existing clapboard, siding, and trim with inspection and replacement of any damaged sheathing as necessary. Re-flashing at all doors, windows, etc. with new flashing materials; installation of new building wrap, vinyl siding and polyvinyl trim. All Gutters and Downspouts shall be removed and re-installed. Pictures of the existing structure with a copy of the project specifications are attached to this IFB as Appendix A. Project Inviting qualified contractors to submit written responses (hereinafter referred to as "bid" or "bids") to provide the Exterior Siding Replacement for 211 Main St., Northborough Police Headquarters. All contractors must submit in conformance with the Invitation for Bids and any related documents available in the Public Works Office at above agency address and on online no later than the deadline. Town Offices are open Mon., Wed. & Thu., 8:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M.; Tue., 8:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M.; and Fri., 7:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M. This bid shall be governed by the requirements of M.G.L. c. 149, 44A. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Question Deadline 08/29/2024
