Renovation of a fire / police facility in Northborough, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
This bid shall be governed by the requirements of MGL Chapter 149, 44A et seq. Questions may be hand delivered, mailed, or emailed to dpw@town.northborough.ma.us. The 8,000 sf Police Headquarters built in 1989 is located at 211 Main Street, Northborough, MA, as shown on the Town of Northborough Assessors Map 53, Parcel 107 and is generally described as a two-story wood frame structure with clapboard siding. Removal of all existing trim and selective removal of damaged/weathered cedar siding. Replacement of damaged sheathing. Re-flashing of all doors, windows, etc. with new flashing materials; installation of new building wrap where accessible, replacement of removed 5 exposure cedar siding to match existing, installation of new polyvinyl trim and caulk/paint. Pictures of the existing structure with a copy of the project specifications are attached to this IFB as Appendix B. SCOPE OF WORK We are looking for a cost proposal to furnish labor and material for a turnkey solution for the scope of work as outlined in the Exhibit A at our First Ward Apartments property located at 550 E 8th St, Charlotte, NC 28202. The scope is outlined in full on Exhibit A, and includes (but not limited to) the re-paneling and painting of specific dormers throughout the property as well as painting all exterior trim on the noted buildings
