Renovation of a residential development in Northborough, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The NORTHBOROUGH HOUSING AUTHORITY, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Community Building Standby Generator at State Aided Development: Heritage Village (667-2) in Northborough, Massachusetts The Project consists of but not limited to: The installation of an automatic generator system including a standby diesel generator and ATS to serve the community building at the 667-2 Heritage Village development. The work is estimated to cost $68,000.00. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 26 to 27H inclusive. General bids and sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (including all alternates) and made payable to the NORTHBOROUGH HOUSING AUTHORITY. Note: A bid deposit is not required for Projects advertised under $50,000. The participation goals for this project shall be 15.3% for minorities and 6.9% for women.
