Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Cedaredge, Colorado. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
Delta County Road and Bridge District 2 is soliciting proposals for the purchase and construction of an Equipment Shed. The County reserves the right to reject any bids, to change, add, or amend the specifications, to waive any informality, and to accept the Proposal that best serves the County's interest. 1.2.1 Equipment shed will be 40' deep by 100' long and will be a 3-sided building. 1.2.2 Front eave height will be 16' and the back eave height will be 13'. 1.2.3 There will be an opening on the 16' side with three (3) support columns placed at 25' increments. 1.2.4 The shed will be sided on the other three (3) sides with tin that matches the existing buildings on site. 1.2.5 The frame will be constructed ofred oxide primer steel. 1.2.6 The structure will not be insulated and there will be no electrical installed. 1.2.7 There is to be an 18" wide by 12" tall footer with an 8" wide by 24" tall stem wall for a total foundation depth of 3', to be installed by the contractor/Vender.
