Reference Number 0000373949 To Provide the County With Paving Services at Camp Petosega to Be Completed in April/may 2025. Substantial Completion Must Be Completed by May 31, 2025. The purpose of this request for proposal is to invite prospective vendors to submit a proposal to supply Emmet County with parking lot repaving services. The Vendor shall provide the following related to this particular RFP: A. All paving improvements described in the attached bid set of construction documents prepared by Sidock Group. Includes sheets C-001, C-100, C-101, C-200, C-201, C-202, C-203, C-204, C-205, C-300, C-301, C-302, C-303, C-304, C-500. Multiple areas of Trenching, HMA Base Crushing and Shaping, Excavation, Culverts, Open-Graded Drainage Course, Sub-Base, Aggregate Base, HMA Paving, Shoulders, Approach, Traffic Control, Pavement Markings, and Restoration. The project is set-up in five phases. The intent is to have all work complete prior to the Memorial Day Weekend. Submit a cost for each phase of work as well as the total cost of work.
