Site work and new construction of a civil project in Harleyville, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Harleyville Pump Station #6 Upgrade The Project consists of an upgrade to existing pump station and installation of force main and includes the following summary of work: Construction of New Pump Station No. 6 Construction of approximately 5,400 linear feet of 6" force main. Associated civil and electrical work required for construction of the facilities. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Bidding Documents may be viewed and ordered online by registering with Duncan Parnell via online. Registration with Duncan Parnell is required to obtain the bid documents. Following registration, complete sets of Bidding Documents may be obtained from online. The cost of printed Bidding Documents from Duncan Parnell will depend on the number and size of the Drawings and Project Manual, applicable taxes, and shipping method selected by the prospective Bidder. Cost of Bidding Documents and shipping is non-refundable. Upon Duncan Parnell's receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents will be sent via the prospective Bidder's delivery method of choice; the shipping charge will depend on the shipping method chosen. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by Duncan Parnell will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of the Bidding Documents will not be available. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to the Owner in an amount of 5 percent of the Bidder's maximum bid price. This project is being funded in whole or in part by the South Carolina Infrastructure Investment Program (SCIIP), which is administered by the South Carolina Rural Infrastructure Authority (RIA) and funded by federal State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). All federal SLFRF requirements and SCIIP requirements will apply to the contract. All contractors and subcontractors are required to be registered in the federal System for Award Management (SAM) and may not be debarred from doing business with the federal government. Respondents on this work will be required to comply with all applicable federal regulations, including those listed in the SCIIP Project Management Procedures and the bid documents. Contractors shall have a classification of WL. No bidder may withdraw the bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening and thereof.
